With 11 years of experience, I am highly skilled at handling and posing newborns and follow best practices to ensure every session is comfort-first and baby-led, carefully posed with proper support at all times, warm, clean, and sanitized between sessions and adapted to your baby’s needs and temperament

If your baby prefers to stay swaddled or needs extra breaks, that’s completely okay—beautiful images come from patience, not perfection.

I guide you through the entire newborn photography process—from booking to gallery delivery—so you never feel overwhelmed or unsure.

 

You don’t need to plan outfits or props for baby, know how to pose your baby, or understand complicated photography packages

How Does it all Work?

​

Babies are photographed in-studio within the first 10 days of birth.  

​

​Parents are encouraged to book their session 2-3 months before their due date.  Because of the nature of newborn photography, I can only take a set number of babies per month, and I want to make sure I am available for you.

​

1.  Phone Consult.  After you have completed a contact form, I will connect with you to schedule a phone consult.  Here is where we will plan out all the details of your session and set a date that is based on your due date.

​

2. Booked.  After our call you will receive a confirmation email with your session details and a link to review and sign the Portrait Agreement and a Booking Fee request.  Booking fees are $100, non-refundable, but they do go toward the balance of your session.  Session balances are due the day of your session.

3.  Photo Session.  This is where the fun happens!  Get ready to engage, connect and capture some wonderful memories! Don't know what to do?  No worries, I will be there to direct and prompt and make sure you always look your best.

4.  Final Product.  Within a week of your session, you will receive a link to an online photo gallery.  These are your Proofs.  Here you can see all the images we captured during your session and choose the ones you'd like to keep for your final gallery.  After your choices are final, I will complete the retouching process and send your gallery back to you for download.  Final galleries can take 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year.
